This mead is made with hand-picked strawberries from our farm. We used 9 kg of strawberries with 9.5 kg of honey from the beekeeper of the Veluwe. In the final stage 1 kg of Bastogne cookies have been added and the mead has been aged on Bourbon soaked American oak. Some cinnamon has also been added. Enjoy this complex dessert mead.
