Ruse Brewing Imperial Stout

Going huge with our mates in Portland Oregon, this stout pulls out all the stops. Maris otter base malt with various Simpson specialty malts then boiled for 6 hours for an ultra caramelized thick wort ready for the fermenter. The beer is then treated with editions of Raspberry purée, hazelnuts, coconut and cacao nibs.It’s big, roasty, nutty and very bold.
