It is known as the "passion fruit of the North" due to its tropical taste and high acidity. We have combined this berry with apple juice and honey to create a refreshing, sparkling, modern-style mead, produced exclusively for Havila Food Stories. Norse Passion is a semi-sweet, refreshing and fruity drink, suitable as a thirst quencher or paired with light dishes.
