Crispmas Hell is our Helles style Lager Bier. Brewed on the 290th day of 2018, lagered at 0.5c for 47 days & 100% spunded carbonation for the thickest foam & fluffy mouthfeel. This beer is the perfect antidote to Imperial Stout season.It's a very simple affair. German Pilsner & Munich malt make up the grist. Hallertau Mittlefruh added early & late in the kettle for a low bitterness & fermented with everyone's favourite Helles yeast. The result is a beer we are very proud of & a staff favourite from the brite tank. Drink it cold & fluffy!
