A multi-dimensional sensory experience, with a fine tuned balance of taste. We packed this brew with loads of organic blackberries for their wonderful sweet and tart flavors, some hibiscus for depth, over a nice touch of acidity from souring the mash. Crisp and refreshing with a luscious juicy body, and doesn’t even give a hint of the high ABV it’s packing.
