Every time we open a bag of Warrior to bitter a stout or barleywine someone usually says "that smells pretty good." We decided to test that out by adding 4 lbs/bbl to a keg of the Rings of Light pale ale base! The result is pretty classic Pacific Northwest with herbal notes along with grapefruit.
