We brewed this tart gruit with malted barley and Maryland-grown millet, buckwheat, and corn. After souring rather than dry-hop, we added homegrown yarrow flowers picked that morning. This traditional brewing herb brings a vibrant green-floral flavor similar to dandelions.Named after the hero of Greek fables, who carried yarrow with him to treat battle injuries.
