▶ This sour ale is crafted from a base beer aged for over four years in oak barrels. During the maturation process, distinct fermentations were conducted separately using different strains of microorganisms and various types of oak barrels. These individual components were then meticulously blended after an extended period of aging. For CND15-NO.241, three distinct Taiwanese ingredients—Hualien native cinnamon, Taiwanese vanilla pods, and Taiwanese brown sugar—were incorporated. This incorporation of local flavors serves to express our profound appreciation for this land.▶ 原酒使用四年以上橡木桶熟成之酸啤酒，熟成過程分別以不同菌種與不同木桶各別發酵，經時間淬鍊後勾兌混和而成。CND15-NO.241 這次加入花蓮土肉桂、台灣香草莢、台灣黑糖三種台灣原料，以本土風味調性傳達我們對這片土地的熱愛!
