California Pale Ale

A California Ale with a clean malt bill and liberal amounts of Mosaic, Strata, and Idaho-7 hops. Yep, we’ve used them before. Yep, they’re bloody good strains.It pours golden with a fluffy head of foam. Expect aromas of stone fruit, black currant, and sticky pine. To drink, it’s clean and hoppy, with bright carbonation, and an assertive back palate bitterness.
