BARREL ADOPTION 2022Just a little fella. If we had to classify the beer it would be closest to a dry Irish stout but with a twist.The beer was fermented with low rider east to retain as much residual sweetness and body as possible with a higher mash temp to boot. The incorporation of chunky sections of oak cubes once again took a simple(ish) light stout and added an extra dimension.
