As most releases from this series, after extended foeder ageing, the beer matured in Chardonnay barrels and was subsequently fermented a second time with a massive load of fresh guava puree adding rich fruit flavor and lending further depth to the wild yeast driven fruitiness. Subtle notes of vanilla and coconut round the mouthfeel enhancing the overall sensory experience.
