Pair

Описание

Pair is our 14% Pear Mead. While it carries itself much like a cider, this mead reads a touch tangier than your average cyser. Sweet orange blossom extends the finish, while a champagne yeast profile dances around the mid-palate. Full-bodied with a balance of acid and sugar.
