You've got to start somewhere, right?When Bar Volo started, it was in a beautiful late 19th century building made of bricks fired in the Don Valley. GLB began in a dated industrial complex in Brampton. When we look back, we can't help but marvel at the journey our businesses has taken. Both Bar Volo and GLB Brewpub now reside at the bottom of a chic new condo.So, if you ever find yourself in either Bar Volo, or in the GLB Brewpub, be sure to raise your glass of Alto to businesses that defied expectations, upgraded from shacks to swank, and made us all believe that in a town that is building upward, anything is possible.
