This Ancient Egyptian Heket is brewed using ancient ingredients and techniques. Emmer Wheat, Barley, African Honey, Dates, and Ginger make up the recipe for this "beer". It is fermented using a blend of yeast and bacteria. This beer is a replica of how Ancient Egyptians would brew their beer based on the microscopy data taken from ceramic and clay pottery found in ancient Egyptian archeological sites. It is sweet and tart and full of flavour.
