With this brew, we celebrate the 10 years anniversary of the Alchemist beer bar in Petroupoli. An old school East Coast DIPA, with Simcoe, Amarillo & Columbus hops, fermented with the Barbarian yeast strain, brewed as a reminder of what great IPAs were like 10 years ago.
