Au nez, on retrouve principalement des arômes de cerise et de vanille, accompagnés de notes de vin et de barrique. L'entrée en bouche est assez ronde, légèrement acidulée. On retrouve la cerise et la vanille, puis à mesure que la bière se réchauffe, des saveurs caractéristiques de l'utilisation de "brett" se distinguent : cuir, sous-bois, tabac, et truffe. Finalement la gorgée termine plutôt sèche, toujours très fruitée, avec une faible amertume et une présence de tannin du fût de Bordeau.- - - - -On the nose, we mainly find aromas of cherry and vanilla, accompanied by notes of wine and barrel character. On the palate, it's quite round, slightly acidic. Again, we get cherry and vanilla, then as the beer warms, flavours characteristic of the use of brettanomyces appear: leather, hay, tobacco, and truffle. The finish is rather dry, still very fruity, with a slight bitterness and a presence of tannins from the Bordeaux barrel.
