Our take on a traditional German Märzen.Pours amber with a tan head. A decoction mash process was used to develop complex malt character – toasted bread and brown sugar are complemented by light fruity esters and floral/spicy hop notes from a combination of traditional German and Czech hops in the whirlpool. Moderate hop bitterness balances the malty richness for pintability.Lagered for 6 weeks.
