We’ve applied our Hanabi Lager grain-forward methodology to create this distinctive, cold-fermented IPA. The result is a refreshing balance of both hop and grain flavors. Locally sourced, California Grown, Admiral barley from Schaupp’s Farm lays a foundation of sweet hay and propolis, while Cascade hops from the esteemed Desmarais family in Yakima provides lift and lends notes of bright pine rosin, grapefruit, and jasmine. Radiating cheerfulness, it is a refined, well balanced, and highly drinkable take on IPA, intended for a lager lover’s palate.
