Blume (flower in German) is a traditional mixed-ferment German style gose brewed with wheat, sea salt and coriander. This time we gave it a tropical twist by the addition of loquats grown on the home orchard. Expect citrus, stone fruit, pineapple, a hint of marzipan, robust acidity, saline.
