Our Belgian strong Golden Ale, Goldspur, just got bolder. Six months of aging in French chardonnay barrels have produced a distinguishing wine-like character. Two separate strains of Brettanomayces contribute extra layers of complexity which are softened by prominent notes of fruit and vanilla extracted from the French oak barrels.
