This beer is one of the most complex beers we've ever made. Besides of standard malt, it includes unmalted millet, african hops (well, a lot of), and even dried bananas. And moreover, it was fermented using african pombe yeast.It's complex, multilayered character, really brings you to african continent - from banana flavor to grassy savanna aromas given by yeast and a blitz tiger bite of en enormous bitterness.Surely, this beer could easily be the one out of four horsemen.
