Symbiosis of lambic, cider and wine.This blend contains 65% lambic, 30% cider and 5% wine. We made lambic with cherries, raspberries and apricots.And blended it with Cider from Doggerland and a little of the powerful wine from Cabernet Mitos grapes, from Weingut Rebenhof in Germany. The intensity of the Mitos grapes was amazing.The result is a blend with balanced taste, lovely color and powerful aroma.
