This semi-sweet seasonal blend introduces our Yellow Huffcap perry to a rich, house made maple wine. The pears and maple syrup are locally sourced and treated to a long, cool ferment before being aged further on cinnamon. The cozy mingling of flavours brings about notes of toffee, roasted nuts, light cinnamon and a gentle trace of coffee.
