N:7 is a strong malty German lager brewed principally with a blend of organic Vienna and Munich malts. We fermented this beer slowly at a low temperature and lagered it for over 6 weeks to allow the toasty malty flavours with hints of caramel and dark raisins to fully marry and develop.
