Simplicity is key here, and this is an unfussy pale malt and wheat grist bill, with no added hops, but a tonne of funky farmhouse flavours imparted from the Saison yeast we've utilised to ferment out with. A flourish of bright blackcurrants finishes this beer off that is a nod to the classics, with a toe in the door of modern experimentation.
