Idahoan Pils

Idahoan Pils is a mix of two worlds, IPA's and Pilsners. However, unlike most IPL's, this beer has had extensive lagering time - almost a full 10 weeks. This allows the yeast to settle, the sulfur from the yeast to mellow out and the hops to really come forward. This beer has assertive bitterness, like we feel a pilsner should be. It is made with only pilsner malt and Idaho 7 hops.
