We know when you’ve been good or bad... Ok that’s a bit creepy, we haven’t been watching you, we promise. But you Better Watch Out because this beer will creep up on ya. We were beyond stoked when Carwyn invited us to be a part of Canvent 2021, when we had only been operating for about a month. We put our best mind together and decided to bring some Xmas cheer, and a little bit of creep, to the party. And what better way to do that than with some White Christmas inspired Pastry Ale.Apricot, raspberry and tart cherry were loaded onto a huge, oat-cream base. Ludicrous amounts of lactose and a high mash temperature gave us the body we wanted. 45kg and 6 hours of toasting coconut, with 15kg of cocoa and 100 vanilla pods later and it’s an Xmas miracle. The mixed fruit and coconut hit the senses first. With a full, white chocolate flavour and the sweet finish that is balanced by the tart cherry.
