Depending on the palate, The Bandit is sometimes compared to a kriek beer, or a sparkling rose wine. Whatever the perception, this unique cider with cherry is fermented from over 24 varieties of apples and has natural BC cherry added to it just before bottling. Because the cherry is natural and not an artificial flavour, it is more subtle than the intense red hue suggests – the cherry is evident on the nose, the finish, and only slightly in the flavour.Due to the added cherry, this cider is slightly sweeter than our others, but balanced with the crisp acidity of the apples, and underlying complexity from the cherry.
