These ales were originally brewed in farmhouses during winter and spring to avoid unpredictable problems with yeast in summer.This artisanal pale ale is crafted using a combination of specialty malts, which impart notes of toasted bread, caramel along with a touch of fruitiness and a pepper-like spice derived from the yeast.
