West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, Strata, El Dorado, CitraNo big surprises here; it’s a style as old as modern American craft beer. A clean, clear West Coast with a mix of fruity and punchy hops and pleasant lingering bitterness. Citra Cryo and El Dorado bring mandarin and grapefruit to the table with a few tropical notes; Mosaic rounds things out with some stone fruit and berries, and Strata comes in as the finisher with a hit of dank and a lingering resinous finish.
