The latest in our Traditional IPA Series. We brewed this one with malted and flaked barley and a nostalgic amount of crystal malt. It was hopped with a solid amount of Cascade and Mosaic and fermented with our very flocculant British yeast. ⁣⁣Notes of maintained dad-bod, fresh fallen pine boughs, citrus season produce pyramids, medium well toast, apricot marmalade, and a box of croissants.⁣
