Black Saison

This black saison brewed with local tarragon and conditioned on local wild-harvested Russian Olive Berries! Mysterious, and inviting, we kept our saison character at the forefront, with beautiful notes of anise and the often confusing, occasionally misnamed, Russian Olive Berry. A slightly tart, dark fruit harmonizes just to our liking in this 6.8% ABV treat (or trick).
