A nice little travel stout we brewed with our friend Will Ryan of Blaze Brewing Co. We mashed up a healthy mix of Pilsner, spelt, and oat malts. Adequately hopped with East Kent Goldings and fermented with our fluffy top cropping yeast.⁣⁣⁣Notes of espresso brownies, chocolate covered almond biscotti, freshly dried herbs, and maybe some pear jam on biscuits.
