Schaerbeek cherry mead with sweet clover blossom & medowfoam blossom honey. Intense cherry compote, Amaretto, pie crust, cherry tobacco and baking spices. There's some wonderful woody and toffee notes underneath that add complexity to this huge cherry bomb of a mead. The finish is rich and decadent with generous acidity to balance. Fantastic now and will age gracefully for years.
