Glimworm Elderberry Sour

Special brew for Dark Festival Amsterdam, this beer resembles a red wine and was made with elderberries picked by the soft light of the moon. It’s a dark beer with earthy notes and little hints of the night sky. To preserve its beautiful red color, store it in a darkened place. Cool upright for at least 24 hours so sediments settle at the bottom. Open gently, and while pouring keep the bottle horizontal to not mix in the sediments. Pour slowly towards the end and stop when the the beer is coming out turbid.
