Superslush

Inspired by a famous kiwi/strawberry tea beverage, Superslush starts with our Imperial Sour Ale base then gets treated heavily with strawberry puree, freeze dried strawberries, kiwi puree, and dragonfruit powder. These additions resulted in one of the most tart beers we have produced. Achieving balance at such extreme levels is a challenge but we feel that acidity is matched with equal amounts of sweetness and alcohol.
