WFG Braam Taybes Special

This mead is made with hand-picked Blackberries and Tayberries from our farm. The honey comes from my parents farm. The fruit juice was extracted by using a steam pan. In the second stage, reduced juice was added using Cryo technique. Maple was added for an extra layer of flavor. For this special Wild festival Groningen mead we have done a cookie treatment including aging on bourbon. This is a very limited mead !
