(2021) Throughout history, the Elder has been honored for its mystical and healing properties. The abode of Spirits, the source of medicine, and a means of protection, the lore is rich with this ancient tree. With Elder Elder, we offer a bit of our own history, with a 3.5 year Cider aged on Elderflowers. Like a time-capsule, this Cider reveals itself in layers, with rural flowers on the nose, and a magically dry and floral character on the palate. We’re pretty sure this is what the Fairies get drunk on. It’s a lovely Cider, this Elder, Elder.
