Canvas (Six)

Описание

Hazy IPA w/ Citra, Citra Spectrum, Motueka & Motueka Hop KiefCanvas is an experimental hoppy beer series that serves as a bit of a playground for our brew team to try some different things from a recipe standpoint that are a bit outside the norm for us.For Canvas (Six), we kept our standard hazy IPA grain bill and hopping rates largely unchanged in order to play around with the impact of liquid hop products. In this case, Citra Spectrum from @yakimavalleyhops and Motueka SubZero Hop Kief from @freestylehops . These are two hop products that we've worked with in the past and have had fantastic results with, but never have we exceeded 20% or so of the overall dry hop add. In the interest of experimentation, we've turned it up all the way up to 50% of our total dry hop for this beer. The result is a juicy and expressive IPA that features notes of fresh squeezed tangerine, pineapple, passionfruit and lime zest with prickly fleeting bitterness.
