Fat Bottom Cuvée BA

This is our first Imperial Stout/Barleywine blend. We barrel aged Fat Bottom Stout in a small ex-sherry whisky cask from Fary Lochan for 6 months which resulted in a huge barrel Character. We then Blended 15 percent of our massive Barleywine Soul Medicine into the stout to balance out the wood and char levels. The result is very smooth and complex, with layers of barrel, base Stout and hints of caramel and dark fruit.
