I had a dream about making this beer, so I decided to bring it to life. Even though it might not sound like it should work—it really does.With 12 kg of banana purée in a 150-litre brew and 5 kg of cacao nibs, the result is a beer that tastes predominantly of banana, with a subtle hint of chocolate in the background.
