This week we teamed up with our good friends at Nosferatu Gin to create something extra special!Using a classic sour beer as a base we infused raspberry and pineapple along with lactose and vanilla to create a beautiful creamy and berry fuelled brew. We then turned it up to 11 by adding lashings of Nosferatu’s “Giselle Pavlova” Gin.
