This somethin' somethin' is special; tart, sticky and sweet characterize the ingredients. Adding more cherries than total amount of malt, we topped the fermenter off with a ripe blend of deliciously sweet red cherries and tantalizingly sour black cherries. This two punch combo yields complexity and cheeky tart notes.
