Whenever we feature Dr. Raptor on our can, you know you’re in for some serious hop business. Dr. Raptor is our ghost with the most. Where ‘normal brewers’ add 2 or 3 hops, our mad scientist adds 6 (!). For this Oak Aged Imperial IPA the Doctor re engineered a beloved IPA recipe by adding more oak chips than a small Lithuanian forest. It’s a healthy mouthful.
