Ichibaaan

Ichibaaan was born from the friendship between Black Hops’ star brewer, Satoshi-san, and fellow craft brewers Choryo. Located in Nara, Japan; the birthplace of Sake, Choryo specialises in Sake brewing and supplied their house strain Koji (rice-fermenting mould) for this unique beer. Bringing together the complex flavours of the Koji, the sour-salty gose base with yuzu skins and a spicy Japanese green chilli paste called yuzu kosho.
