We thought back to our trip to Yakima, last fall, when planning this beer. We really loved the Idaho7 that we were sampling on our visit, and said it’s time to push Idaho7 into the primary in one of our beers.We used Idaho7 Cryo and some Citra in this IPA, and we’re getting hits ripe mandarin orange, zest of tangerine, and orange lifesavers…. Spring is here, let’s jump in.
