Gueuzérable Tilquin V3 (2019-2020)

Experimental trial of Gueuzérable made with crystallized maple syrup coming from the Tilquin family in Quebec. It is limited to 47 bottles and it was made in 2019 by fermenting crystallized maple syrup from Québec in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics aged on oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle with again some crystallized maple syrup. Served only at the taproom of the blendery.
