White Ferret Witbier is a Belgian White Ale brewed with 100% Organic malts from Hogarth Malting (Pilsner, Wheat and Raw Wheat). Instead of the typical coriander we opted for a complex balancing of oranges, orange peel, lime leaves, sumac, elderberries, grains of paradise and temut peppercorns which result in a exotic citrus forward wheat beer.
