Rockyfort Quad

Recipe by Jim Pizzey, winner of our Perth Home Brew Share competition. This Belgian Quad is a sticky malt bomb with all the complexities your heart could desire. Banana bread, stewed fruits, toffee and fenugreek aromas jump straight outta the glass when you pour it. A huge body supplied by Pale, Munich, Caraaroma and Chocolate malts are supported by simple but effective noble hop characters. Maple and charred berries are complemented by a sweet but ridiculously robust mouthfeel. At 11.4% it's a sipper, one to savour and it's damn delicious. Shout out to the home brew community for all the innovation and inspiration!
