Introducing the first of four White Bay Oktoberfest beers - a distinctive German Hefeweizen brewed exclusively with German malt & hops. This beer utilised a five step mash to help unlock the banana-clove compounds (and to ensure the brew day was extra long). With restrained bittering, it has a full mouthfeel with a crisp finish. We dedicate this beer to one of the co-founders of White Bay who has been patiently waiting for a brew of this style since we fired up the brewhouse!
